Metzen left Blizzard as I know but will give Thrall voice for WOW when they need it.

I think Sigaty’s with Hearthstone now? Frank Pearce is SVP of Blizzard. Metzen retired. Rob Pardo left and was inactive for 2 years before making a new studio.

He did so he could spend time with family (last I heard anyways)

But since his credit was for writing, there isn’t much that needed to be written for this.

What about all of the countless other people that have worked to it, not necessarily in the programming but also voicing/music/design/details/etc? It’s not just 4 persons. It’s dozens of them. Gotta give the credit to all of them.

If you want to know each and every person who has contributted to the creation of the game, look up the game’s credits on youtube that come automatically upon finishing the campaign.

Warcraft 3 was developped by Blizzard North (directed by David Brevich) with Bill Ropper as lead producer and Max and Erich Schaeffer as lead dev and designer. All characters were drawn by Samwise who leaved Blizzard too.

Blizzard North had been disbanded after the release of World of Warcraft (vanilla) Thank you Activision …

ALL those people besides Chis Sigaty have left Blizzard…and the only other major person still in Blizzard from WC3 team is senior art director Sam Didier

Blizzard North was ONLY responsible for first two Diablo games, and they had actually started development originally with Diablo 3 (somewhere between 2000 and 2005) but it got scrapped back then, until the development resumed later.

Warcraft III was entirely done by the “main” Blizzard team and the people mainly responsible for the direction, lore/story and the design are listed above by Qazzi

Sadly, it was … Bill Ropper is credited as lead producer and David Brevik as lead director for Wacraft 3 Reign of Chaos AND The Frozen Throne.

Schaeffer brothers are credited too as lead designer and dev for these 2 games …
Blizzard Entertainement was just an editor at this time. Thats why they bought “Condor” in 1993 to rename it as “Blizzard North”

Honestly where do you pull these “facts” from, cause no, they are NOT credited ANYWHERE in terms of WC3…

Bill Roper did just voiceover for WC3 and TFT and David just did some “review” work for it, neither of them were heavily involved in those games, so you are just really pulling these “facts” out of your butt…

Again Blizzard North was only responsible for Diablo franchise, but if you actually have any sources for your outlandish claims, then actually link your sources here…

I believe he also had heart problems which required surgery.

Those people you’re talking about were the main creators and developers of the Diablo series.
