Somehow its been a month, i get high ping when playing on EU region rooms now. before usually i got about 200ms, but now its always 400+ms with 2-4sec delay and stuttering. i also asked some SEA friends who play, and they also are also experiencing the same issue
Try a VPN to Taiwan.
I am also having this problem. From 200ms now I get to 1300 on EU servers.
