When playing ‘The Awakening of Stormrage’ with original graphics, when Furion appears for the first time he is using the wrong model; For som reason he is using his Frozen Throne model (with stag), not the one from Reign of Chaos.
I imagine, although I have not checked, that this will be the case for all appearances of Furion going through the levels, while originally, he had a different model for Reign of Chaos, as well as ones with and without his stag in Frozen Throne.
How this got jumbled up I cannot fathom, but can you please fix it?
Let us play the campeign as it was?

Furthermore, at several points throughout the campaigns, the subtitles will spell ‘Grom’ and ‘Furion’ as their full names (Grommash and Malfurion, respectively), though the audio is clearly using the shortened versions.
I don’t remember this being a feature of the originals either, so how it happened is a mystery to me.
I thought the plans were not to touch the original campaigns at all, but here we are…
Any word on when you will fix these things would be hot…
Is there some reason Furion can’t have a mount in RoC? The only reason he had one in TFT was to make him closer to the Keeper of the Grove he is based off of. It was an update.

I wholeheartedly dissagree, unless you mean it was an update in the sense that Frozen Throne was an update to Reign of Chaos.
I used to play the old games from disc in a house which did not have internet, so there i no possible chance that I had any update installed beyond what came with the game.

there is a lore reason… during RoC he is immortal. At the the end of RoC they destroy the world tree making elves mortal again and thus prone to aging and ilnesses. thus in TFT he rides a stag coz he paid the cost all elves did and become mortal and is just effin old
Does it actually say that anywhere in the lore? Tyrande rode a mount too in ROC, back when she was immortal. So, I think you’re just making that up. Also, in WoW, Furion rides no mount and looks buff as hell. I don’t think he is prone to any illnesses.
I stand by the obvious theory that he was given a mount only to make him more similar to the Keeper of the Grove model he is based off of.
While the first part of that is true, you pulled the second part out of thin air. Malfurion does not become a decrepit old man after the events of RoC. He is as healthy as ever, never mentions any kind of weakness suffered due to the loss of immortality, and as of BfA recovered from a 2H axe to the back and is wrecking the Horde in Darkshore without any assistance from a moose taxi.
From what I can tell they didn’t make a nostag model for reforged, and because of the way the editor works they can’t have a model for classic and a model for reforged.
So they probably just set it to always be stag furion.
