I seem to not be able to get into a game though I am in queue for a very long time, it has been that way for about a week. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Try queueing in a different region and/or use a VPN to connect to the region you select. A couple patches ago they introduced a new server location and it seems to mess things up when the system tries to match some people from other regions with people connecting through that server, as matchmade games are global, but it will prefer to put you in games in your selected region.
I assure you games are definitely still happening. However, FFA and 3v3 have by far the longest queue times due to low popularity, so if that’s what you’re trying to play, select a different mode and see if that helps. Also make sure you play Ranked and not Unranked, as there are more players there. Further, if you do consider yourself to be quite good at the game, you can consider War3Champions, a mod with its own matchmaking system in ladder. It is primarily used by higher level players (regulars/veterans that played a lot before Reforged) but they run their own servers in different locations from bnet’s servers so if try what I suggest and that doesn’t work, W3C could be an option. That being said, you’ll find the general overall skill level of the players using it to be higher than on battle.net, so you have been warned.
