Hey Blizz,

Thanks for letting me in the Beta! I’m having a lot of fun! I know the game isn’t finished yet and I assume this is a somewhat old build of what’s to come at Blizzcon, as much of the visuals are quite unpolished and menus in particular are quite clunky.

Nevertheless, it’s still WC3 working somewhat well and looking somewhat enhanced, so thank you for that! I’m excited to see it at Blizzcon for it’s 2019* release! :slight_smile:

Anyway, thanks again for letting me into the beta! I missed this game!

*pls don’t delay and pls show an updated, beautiful, polished, and ready product at Blizzcon

Why would they release an old build? Chances are, this is the most up to date working build they have. Imagine letting us beta test a very old build while they gather our “feedback” that’s already been addressed in some internal up to date build.

No, this is the final product they have that’s play-testable. And honestly it’s more like a late alpha than a beta, no idea how they can get this polished in 2 months.

This is exactly why we should hope for a delay. Anyone that doesn’t want a delay is just shooting themselves in the foot.

Technically, they already shot themselves in the foot when they announced a pre-purchase, they chose legally the last day they could possibly have it release on a prepurchase setting, if they don’t release it on the day they have now they will have problems, and many will be eligible for refunds at best.

First of all I would like to hear what did team do entire year. Look like they just start working…
I mean, Blizz, give us more transparency. Share roadmap or plans. Now it feel like you just dont care.

I am not going to hope for a delay. I am going to expect this game to be done by the deadline they chose when they put up said product for sale. I am also going to expect the game to be completed right by that time.

Who knows what happened, something clearly went wrong tho, we were supposed to get a beta 7 months ago

It seems to me that the most waiting was due to the outsourced models having to be finished and due to them being outsourced there was no simple way to check on progress or to pressure the people working on them.

Definitely agree that it feels like a late alpha. There’s no way this is the most up-to-date build. The leaked beta elements look much more polished. If this is the most up to date then we’re getting a delay for sure… Which would be incredibly disappointing, considering this was announced a year ago and has probably been in the works for longer…
