Haven't been able to join custom games since reforged

I can’t join custom games. When I try, I’m able to enter what looks like a game lobby, but I can’t see other player’s names. I just see which slots are occupied by humans and computers/ai. It shows a player count, but that number never goes up or down. Then I’m just stuck there in the broken/bugged/non-functional lobby forever. Nobody ever leaves or joins, and the game does not start.

Things I’ve tried:
-deleting my documents/war3 downloaded maps folder
-uninstalling and reinstalling war 3 reforged
-crying

I miss you before reporting the error and being ignored for three months

That’s caused by the outrageously stupid way they implemented layers and layers of so called Blizzard Browser one on top of the other.
As long as they keep this broken system I suggest you to keep crying^^
(Probably you’ll run out of tears by the time they hire better developers)

I literally can’t play the game.
