Has anyone heard of "Warcraft 3: New Race"?

I remember when I was little seeing an alternative WC3 version, in one internet cafe. I think it was called Warcraft 3: New Race. You know how there’s an orc image when loading RoC and undead Arthas when loading TFT. Well, this WC had a night elf picture there.
I played it only once and don’t remember much of it, but I do remember that all the races were in an almost unrecognizable state. I was playing undead and demons were part of my arsenal. A Demon gate was replacing the Bone yard, and I could build Infernals from there.

I would’ve thought that it was just some custom map, if it wasn’t for the alternative game icon and opening picture.
I seem unable to find anything about this mod when googling it tho D:
