Granite Golems were my favorite creep units in the original WC3… I hope there will be greater emphasis on them in WC3R ladder play. Also would like to see more Burning Legion units like Felhounds and Infernals as neutral creeps and the Outland tileset used more.

Granite Golems exist in the 4v4 map pool on Friends & Northshire. They’re pretty unremarkable creeps compared to some of the other level 9-10s like dragons or hydras, and if anything a bit too easy for their experience and items, doing the center of friends has been a known strategy.
One thing I really miss from the map pool is that 4v4 completely lacks dragon roost maps. The building simply does not exist on ladder anymore. For a long time there was both Dragon Falls & Full Scale Assault. It was possible in very long games to have significant dragon armies, and the FSA ones had frost breath.
Would be nice to see an outlands tileset map at all in fors…
