as title mentions, games are still not being recorded. Its much worse in 1v1 then it is teams

the funniest thing is that only the losses do, wins don’t count at all for several days straight. why play the game then?
hope someone at blizzard notices and addresses the problem

Yes, because if you play a game and don’t win, then you lose. The wins are not recorded, but the fact that you played the game is for sure.
I had the same issue, about 2 years ago I experienced a similar period.
Interestingly, now it wasn’t related to the latest patch; after a patch it worked fine for a few days, then the problem started.
So I am thinking of server or sync issues.
The worst part is that this happens in about 10 out of 30–40 games (“failed to retrieve,” etc.). But the absolute worst is when you play a one-hour game and it doesn’t even count,that’s the most frustrating part.
Please FIX!!!
That will never happen, haha. If they fix it, they’ll definitely end up creating a new issue 
. It’s pretty obvious.
