I want my money back, you guys ruined the game, its unplayable. No multiplayer games. Constant crashes. This should be a crime.

Then go request one! If you meet the criteria, you’ll get one, no prob.
As for the matchmaker, I let Bliz know about it yesterday so it could be looked into.
And I haven’t had a crash with 2.0 yet. But that might be due to not playing in way that brings them on.

There’s currently a bug going on where if you play any 12-player match then after the game ends (Either by winning/losing or by quitting the match - not the game itself) the game simply crashes with no error message. I just tested it out, it’s still not fixed.

game is cool when it actually works
This bug is (supposed to be- i certainly can’t get 12 people together) fixed on the PTR. Also matching works on the PTR. so this will all be straightened out soon.
As for the OP, crying “I want my money back” here won’t do anything, if you actually want a refund you need to go through support.
