Game disconnection issues

Dear blizzard,

Warcraft 3 reforged is dropping out almost every game for me since the patch.

i have done everything i can to find out why, have recycled router, driver and pc is all up to date.

i have checked windows defender to see if it is blocking anything.

this has only started happening since update, is there a way to remove last update?

please note my net is still on, i can play any other game, its just randomly in WC3 ill be in a custom game, and it just drops out of game.

Can we get a MTR test?
Would you be able to provide a WinMTR test so we can gather more details?

  1. Download WinMTR
  2. Unzip the file to your desktop
  3. Run the WinMTR as Admin
  4. Type the region IP in “host”.
  5. Click “Start” and open the game. Let the MTR test run for at least 10 minutes to capture this issue occurring.
  6. Click “Copy text to clipboard”
  7. Type two sets of four squiggly lines and then paste the contents of the WinMTR test between: ~~~~ Paste WinMTR Test Results Here ~~~~
