maybe idk something but, i’m have a ryzen 2600x 32gb ddr3200 and crossfire from rx580, and sometimes i have 15-20 fps(qhd res.) in easy scenes, how you do it blizzard?

No occlusion, no smoothing, no shadows, low vfx, model look like 2d, yep it’s good models but without visual effects it’s all look like indie game for 2 usd.

Crossfire would be an issue for frame-rate and frame-times in multiple games, outside of Blizzard titles as well. Try disabling Crossfire in the drivers and relaunch the game.
Multi-GPU support has been degrading for several years now and has become impractical for almost any modern title.
