The sass that you’re finding here was part of a longer exchange with one unreasonable person. It’s not a good representation of the whole.
That aside, I haven’t inserted myself in every Mac thread, and I haven’t been sassy to everyone. Typically just to those who are being sassy themselves.
If you have the CD version, why don’t you use it? Install it from the CDs and there should be no issue here.
I did…and it was fine until 2.0 dropped…
That’s when the issues started…
If you install the original version(s) in the default location, updates to Reforged will overwrite it.
Install it somewhere else where the launcher can’t see it and it will be fine indefinitely. I’ve had 1.27b installed in a separate location for several weeks with no problems.
Are you able to play online versus mode with 1.27b ?
Unfortunately no. Any attempt to connect to Battlenet will prompt an update to Reforged.
I bring it up to Justin because they’ve previously said they don’t want to play multiplayer.
