I think blizzard should make flying talon to be able to attack ground units.
At least with his previous damage type magic, and piercing stays for attacking flying units.

I can only guess, but anti air units were designed to be anti air and there is no reason to change that.
He’s referring to the Crow form of the Druid of the Talon.
As for the idea, I like to think of it as more of a repositioning tool and proofing against ground units that can’t attack air. At least you can still faerie fire things if you’ve got the upgrade.
Although there is one thing I would like to see as more of a… silly gimmick, I guess you could say? Crow form druids being able to attack units cycloned by their grounded form counterparts. Sure, it’s silly, ineffective and probably hard to implement but the idea of a bunch of crows flying into a tornado and Mortal Kombating a footman is especially funny to me.
