This is everyone on here requesting a refund in the full amount and the game for free. FIX. YOUR. GAME. this is pathetic coming from one of the longest standing game devs. What the heck is wrong with the tech side of this game.

Imagine taking a masterpiece like WC3, the best game ever created given how advanced the editor is, and completely dumping all over it, repeatedly. You would have to try so hard to ruin this game pre-2020. Yet, continuously breaking it, adding horrible unnecessary updates to the interface, and then never patching/fixing it, or hiring nobodies to try to do it has successfully achieved the impossible.

I must speak up for Blizzard here
Among all RTS games, yes - Starcraft 1-2, Warcraft 1-3
This is the forum with the most official customer service representatives
If you go to Starcraft to see – There is no official customer service over there this year.
Warcraft 1-2 – It’s the manager here who is in charge – Kaivax
Of course, there are player MVP customer service interacting in the above forum
Warcraft 3 – At least 6 official agents are active during the month, and there are people logging in every day
They take this classic game very seriously, far beyond the Starcraft
I am very grateful for their hard work – every one
But if you look closely, they seem to just brush the last login time every day, rarely check the forum posts, and there is no reply and interaction at all, no one knows what they did after logging in, maybe the company just stipulates that they must log in every day, maybe they know that they can’t make any promises, and even if they report problems, they can’t influence the R&D personnel
So, my opinion is that you don’t get angry, because that doesn’t change anything

You know that Blizzard is not the same as it was before Activision merged with them? After that everything went downhill and all of the devs from Warcraft 3 team are not working in Blizzard except Chris Metzen who does not want to talk anything about Warcraft 3 and Samwise Didier who does his own games now. Only glimmer of hope for me its that Microsoft maybe invests more in RTS games but I doubt that also. Everything that you see Blizzard adds in Warcraft now its old stuff (except balance changes) that was already there but now they polish that a bit and thats it. I mean in 5 years from Reforged they could not make decent matchmaking system, optimized the menus and the fps, fixed high ping, random disconnects, units not showing in campaign if you load a saved game and much much more. Also for those people that say Warcraft is 23 year old game, its not in some way, Warcraft Reforged came out 5 years ago and they made money out of it so they should improve the game but they wont because there is more money in other games.
