Fix issue with FPS drop, stutter, spike, lags

Launch Warcraft III: Reforged. Then go to Task Manager > Details > Warcraft 3.exe > Set affinity
Deselect “All Processors”
CPU 0 MUST ALWAYS BE DISABLED!
Then select CPU 1
From here, go back to the game and check the frame rate. If there are still drops, add one core at a time until the drops disappear. Eventually, you will find the right number of cores for a stable frame rate. However, you can overdo it with the number of cores, and the drops will return.
The results will vary depending on your processor. So there is no universal solution.

If you are lucky and found the right number of cores. Remember it. Because unfortunately you will have to do this every time you launch Warcraft III: Reforged.

there’s a few ways you can permanently set CPU affinity, like with softwares or shortcuts commands, i don’t remember them exactly but should be among the first few results on google
