The title says it all.
Open the game from a device with macOS chip M1 or higher and you will notice how slow it runs. This needs to be fixed please.
In game I play around 150fps. Also there are some glitches sometimes, and weird mouse responses that cause the mouse to get frozen for 2s more or less. Usually happens when using the hotkeys.

Hmm I have noticed the opposite. I think you may need to mess with your settings in the game some. I got 80FPS just now and i have never gotten over 60 before. Game seems smoother to me too.
I‘m facing the same issue. The menu is running in very low fps. It’s a lot better when running in window mode, but still not 100% smooth.
In-game is running pretty good.

I said the menu brother, not in game. Evidently you are not using an ARM chip, if this were the case you would be experiencing an extremely slow experience in the game menu.
Yes!!! I’m on M3 same issue. We don’t get to enjoy the beautiful new animated backgrounds because of how choppy it is

Ahh I missed that part - at the same time I’m not sure exactly what you mean either. I run an M1 max chip too. Do you mean like setting the options in the game and stuff like that?
