External keyboard does not work(mac set up w/ annepro2 60%)

Hi There!

Sorry if this post had been answer.

Anyone had trouble with external keyboard that is linked to Macbook Pro? I can’t bind keys e.g. 1,2 3, for heros, builds and units for WC3. I went into system preferences and enabled “Use F1, F2 etc. keys as standard function” and it would work on my laptop but it won’t pick up the same commands for external keyboard.

I got a external Dell monitor along with Anne Pro 2 60% (I know its a poor set up, but I made use to what I have ATM)

Any insights will be appreciated, purchasing another keyboard will be my last resort, but even then I don’t know if that will fix my issue.

I also have Karabiner - Software for macOS if that helps.

And ever since the new patches came out almost a year ago, the right click Apple command key on the Mac keyboard doesn’t work. I complained about this already, but Blizzard only cares hopefully to fix that in Warcraft III: Reforged.

why do you buy such crappy devices? anne pro keyboard? dell monitor? mac pro? lol

if the keyboard on your laptop works then why not just use that?

is this the keyboard you purchased? i would send it back
