Error when trying to join offline LAN game

As the title says, when trying to join offline LAN game we get the following error:
“The game you attempted to join could not be found. You may have entered the name incorrectly or the game creator may have cancelled the game.”
Steps to reproduce:

  1. Both players open the client and switch to offline mode
  2. Both open LAN, one of them creates new lobby
  3. The other one right clicks the game from the LAN list and selects “Join a lobby”, then inserts preferred name
  4. This is where the error occurs

it works if the one joining the game is logged in, but not if both is offline
