Problem is want to play, but I can t. Game freezes with 0 fps.
The hottest trend in the gamer cycle. Company announces game both fans and company HYPE it to the stratosphere. Launch day comes it trash people cry for a week. Then new game gets announced gamers and company HYPE that one and forget this one existed then come 1 year new hyped game is garbage a week of complaints then a new hype game gets announced. This has been the trend of gaming sense No Man’s Sky and it does not seem like it will stop any time soon.
More or less. Anything to promote sales. I think there’s a distinct difference between 1. Wanting to make a good game and thus reap the rewards of making said good game and 2. Solely focusing on making money, with making a game being nothing more than a byproduct.
The worst part about all this are the people who back then (and still do, jesus christ) defend such practices. Just like you said, No Man’s Sky. There was the “Apologist Legion” at the ready and they’re still there! Really, they wasted their money but are too stubborn to admit that that was a mistake.
