There are a handful of players in 3v3 that will immediately leave the game at the start. This is the clearest case of sabotage and very easy to demonstrate. Sometimes this will happen to 5 or more games in a row. Does Blizzard actually moderate things or look at the reports for the game? Has anyone seen them take action against clearly abusive players?
players need to be consistently reported by multiple people. battle.net reports are not game specific- getting reported enough times by enough unique accounts flags that battle.net account for review. This applies across most battle.net games. Overwatch has a semi-seperate system that is a little different but basically, the people who review reported accounts do not handle any specific game individually, so yes, reporting still works, even for Warcraft III. it’s just not really easy to meet the conditions for an account to get flagged within this game.
I have heard of people getting actioned (i.e. any kind of punishment) relating to war3 before, but it’s pretty rare because there are fewer players and we have to meet the same bar for reporting as other games.
For me reporting does not work, I got error.

Although it’s easy to question that reports do anything, I don’t get any errors when I do it.

They do not understand that after step 6. I got the error :
"[Bad Language] Report Failed - Error &d "
So I reply back, but if I do it many times they Suspend my account for 3 days - reason I do not agree with their resolution (they done it already).

I think you should try clean re-installing the game (i.e. back up and delete all files, including the ones the game puts in your documents folder, then reinstall) and see if that fixes the problem. I do not get any such error when I file reports.
I am just clean - re-installed on my mate’s Laptop, but is exactly same behavior.
Still reports do not work - I get errors.
(Other than that, now running on the i5-10500H, the game is fine, a little bit laggy, but better than my AMD laptop.)
