When I click on Play expecting to have the game run after paying $50 for it… no, there is an error. Something about a ‘Bad image’ that, as a non-IT person, I have no idea about. Why can’t I pay money and then click on an icon and play the game I paid for? What is the workaround please and how do I get a refund for the cost of the game minus the cost of my time trying to play the game?
If it doesn’t work, get a refund. Easy. Don’t used the money you spent as part of a rant about the game not working, if you aren’t happy and don’t actually want help, GET A REFUND. To get a refund, go to the support site, you can’t get one by ranting on the forums.
Also, the game doesn’t cost $50, and it does go on sale whenever battle.net has a sale, so why pay full price in the first place? If $50 is a lot of money to you, then wait for a sale before buying anything like this.
