Where are all the features promised and that “Blizzard quality stuff” which was hyped from that start ? Wasn’t the budget high enough or what really happened ?

Blizzard quality hasnt existed for atleast 8 years now, all you get broken trash, with half of your features cutout. this what happens when a big company gets overly greedy.
