Disappointed MAC user

Same here. I bought the came a few days ago and I have not played the game even once. Can someone provide us with instructions on how to ask for a refund while we still can?

That’s the automated system. If it denies you, click the “I need more help” link at the bottom and that will lead you to a manual refund ticket.

Since you bought it a few days ago and didn’t play it at all, you’ll get a refund.

I am having serious withdrawals. I wish there was at least some communication on a timeline. This is the best game ever made imo, why can’t we have nice things?

Not wise to post about pirated software while in Bliz’s own house. smh.

i discourage anybody to download it obviously, because pirating softwares is obviously illegal and morally wrong.

Seven days since the error started, not so much as a mention in the lobby app. The game broken? Not much of a surprise, this happens to all software occasionally.

In this case what appears broken is the culture and company itself. They had no protocol to deal with this, no response whatsoever after a week, and no plans to fix announced.

This is a great game, but a dead company.

Went on a vacation for a week. Was expecting the issue will be resolved once I’m home. Boy I was wrong.

  2. very low priority due to being a retired game.

Likely both for double low priority.

SC2 is retired too. It took a month to fix an exploit that crashed player’s clients.

Yeah honestly they probably don’t give a **** about it. They’ll fix it in Q1 or something. Sucks man

What the hell why is no-one responding to this? It’s been over 2 weeks and all we got is that they are aware?? Im stuck mid campaign. Im close to asking for refund. Definitely not gonna buy any Blizzard game until this is fixed :confused:

For Bliz, it’s typically just ‘we’re working on it’ at the start ,and maybe ‘try it now’ at the end.

Bliz typically doesn’t give mid-issue updates. Repetitively posting ‘no fix yet’ or ‘still working on it’, etc doesn’t give any new info than what users already know.

And they virtually never give ETAs because users historically ignore the “E” part. Then, when Bliz doesn’t hit the estimated mark, riots ensue.

How on earth has this problem not been fixed yet!?!?

We have just postponed the World Championship in LORT RISK for next sunday, and several of us can’t participate at the moment…

Because the game’s priority is low and the impact is low.
