Custom skins Please help!

So, in my collection I have both the Death Knight and Demon Hunter custom skins selected (I recently bought the game).

However, when I create a custom game (both offline and online) neither work. I select the Death Knight from the alter, or the Demon Hunter, and both come out as their original male models. It’s not the biggest of deals, I just want to try out the new models, but it’s honestly super annoying.

I’ve observed this as well. I haven’t really found a pattern as to whether or not it uses the skin. Sometimes it will show the original icon but still summon the skinned version as well.

Do these skins work outside of versus mode? I kind of thought they were a versus mode thing

I haven’t been able to get them to work at all.

I even loaded up Versus and just set the enemy to a computer and no luck.
