Custom maps disappearing

I just updated to version 1.32.10.17380 and found that all my homemade warcraft maps have disappeared.
Have anyone else experienced the same issue?

Please elaborate. What version did you have prior to 1.32.10.17380?

Checked your documents folder? All custom maps in the maps folder should have been moved there. Maps outside the program folder should not have been touched and will still be where they were left.
