Custom Keys (QWERT) doesn’t work anymore since that patch.
What has been changed?
What do I have to do?
Maybe I’ve one solution. When you start the game. Do this :
1 - Switch keybindings to “grid”
2 - Save
3 - Switch keybindings to “custom value”
4 - Save
5 - Play
For the moment, its working for me xD

Your tip worked for me with one other step -> I renamed my CustomKeys.txt to customkeys.txt!
Many others in chat reported the same issue, so I’m sure it’s a bug for some people with the patch which introduced NE.
Tried this and it didn’t work. I’ve also tried a few other things to no avail. I really want to play more, but its nearly impossible when I’m not used to the default keys anymore
same to me…doesnt work…I dont understand how can Blizzard made this mistake…finally can play random or NE…and custom keys are not working anymore fcuk this…
It again stopped working for me, in the morning it does.
Without hotkeys, I cant play the game.

same … can’t play without Grid or my cusomkeys (grid with skills on q,w,e,r)
Ok, I found out, when I restart the game after changing back from CustomKeys -> Grid -> CustomKeys it’s not working anymore!
I can reproduce the issue.
