Hello guys im trying to fix it for long time… Here is my problem…
Every time I open game via launcher it totally freeze for 5 - 10 seconds. In every game (single or bnet) i got fps drops, from 20 to 50.
Also I got icons bug / cursor bug. I put cursor on an icon, lets say Grunt in barracks, but its not active. I have to click more than one time or move it more to make icon active. Also lets say I put cursor on grunt icon in barracks. Then I move to the right for headhunter icon. Even if cursor is on headhunter icon, im still doing grunts after left click. Last icon is still active.
clue: im installing game via your official site. When im installing ROC via CD everything is fine. Unfortunetly I dont have TFT CD. Only ROC CD and cd-keys for both. Is it possible your version on site is corrupted / bugged?
second clue: Of course I have good pc, Im playing modern games on 150-300 fps, internet connection is also very good. I tried a lot of stuff like re-installing, repair, regedit (something with fblock). Im playing this game 15 years and I never had problem like this. Everything is telling me problem is about version of installation / new patch. If every single game is going fine on my pc (even orignal diablo 2) is not a problem with my software and hardware.
Please help me 
btw Can I download wc3 + tft via torrents / other sites, then put my orginal cd-keys and be able to play bnet? Maybe that should works…
Start by deleting the game setting registry folder. Next time Warcraft III is started it should then run and generate default settings. I had an issue with poor, inconsistent framerate which was cause by some old settings.
If the problem still persists then try running with the -nativefullscr flag. By default Warcraft III runs in borderless windowed mode which means that its frame rate and performance is tied to the window composition system. With -nativefullscr the game runes in exclusive fullscreen mode allowing it full control over refresh rate.

Thanks mate, I did it before but without full registry clean.
Now I started from deleting whole “Blizzard Enterteinment” folder from registry. Then I put nativefullscr in shortcut.
Fps now are about 200 (anyway 60 is totally playable) also icon bug disappear. Thank you one more time. Cheers

One more thing:
Everything is fine but on 1024x768x32 resolution (its default settings after installing and first enter to the game)
Icon bug still exist on other settings like 1280x1024 or 1810x1448.
Is it possible to fix it somehow? Of course its not a such a big deal. Now game is totally playable. Anyway I love perfection and I would like to play the game on 1280x1024x32 without corrupted icons. Thanks for any ideas!
EDIT2:
1280x960 resolution also works fine without any troubles. There is almost no diffrence beetwen 1280x960 and 1280x1024. (but I used to play 1280x1024 whole life, lol)

Yeh I suggest upping the resolution to native resolution for optimum play experience. Until reforged, even Intel integrated graphics on a lap top should perform reasonably when running at native resolution.
Icon bugs? Please explain what you mean. A screenshot might be useful.
