Everytime i start the game its fine, if i wanna play campaign its fine too.
When i start a custom game (legion TD is my choice) the game crashes after its done loading into the game. i tried everything to get rid of this.
First i did the repair wc3 thing, didnt work
then i removed WC3 all together and reinstalled, didnt work
then i also removed battlenet and reinstalled, didnt work
then i reinstalled WC3 on my 2nd harddrive, still didnt work
eventually i booted up my 2nd pc next to mine and that did work (but that pc is kinda bad so i dont wanna use it)
i opened a ticket with this issue and basically i got told ‘lol we dont know ask forum’
Im having the same exact issue with direct strike! I’ve done all of the same steps as you as well as completely delete all of my save files and data pertaining to the map. I even deleted all of my custom game files/maps completely and this seemed to work for 2 games of direct strike and now im having the same issues again.
Crashes with only a specific map are generally either that map’s fault directly or a result of custom game related changes to the game which the creator needs to adjust for. Check for a newer version from the creator.
