Chapter 7, iron gate can't be opened

Hello everyone,
I am currently in the single player campaign in Chapter 7: The Oracle. With Thrall I had to find the key for Aszune and put it in the base of the bridge. With Cairne I found the gem for the bridge and went back to Thrall. However, there is an iron gate between the two that is neither vulnerable nor otherwise interactable. Have I overlooked something or is it a bug?
I ask for feedback.

with Cairne you have to kill the golems big one drops a ghost key

I restarted the mission and just saw the Golem drop a ghost key. I didn’t see it before. Thanks for the info Topic done.
