Casting time is ignored after level 1

When customizing an ability in the world editor, barring edge cases like Blizzard and Flame Strike, an ability will use its level 1 casting time for every level of said ability. This means that if you give an ability 10 seconds of casting time at level 1 and 2 seconds at level 5, the game will ignore your 2 second casting time at level 5 and still make you channel for 10 seconds at level 5 instead. It’d be nice to have this fixed, BUT there are probably many custom maps that could be affected negatively by this change, so introducing it as a toggleable fix, in the same way as the use accurate probability for calculations toggle was implemented (keep the old broken behavior by default, check a box to enable the fixed behavior), would be the best route if you guys feel like fixing this.
