Can't play with a classic key anymore?

I have an original warcraft 3 cd key linked to my account but after this update it says I don’t have a valid warcraft license anymore.

report it in the bug forum or tech support forum, i just reinstalled no issues only have my ancient ROC/TFT key and it worked.

It’s just the maintenance I assume. I was aware of it but since some people seem to be able to get on just figured it was weird.

Have the same problem. 2.0 was a scam.

How did you reinstall? I also had old keys. I removed the game from battle.net launcher and now I can’t install it because I need to buy it?

Go to the bnet website, access your account, find your games, and download it again from there. That is what I did but it still didn’t work. Although, that was 4 hours ago.
