why the hell cant i log in? it keeps sating failed requests… why is blizzard so useless? i tried repairing still doesn’t work…

Why is the DownTime only on WC3 during the day?
That’s nonsense.
It’s standard PST work hours.
And it’s not only WC3R that has maintenances during the day.
It doesn’t show on the launcher for everyone. I had the original tied to my account a long time ago and the website now just gives you the Reforged installer because they got rid of the original version. This causes the launcher to not recognize you own the game thus giving you no news about it and instead shows you the buy page.
If by chance you are looking this morning, the notice unexpextedly came down sometime overnight. Bliz is working to get it back up.
If wasn’t showing these past few days for those who only own the base game, I’ll let Bliz know.

can we at least play offline? it says update to new version b currently

You might be able to.
Try opening the launcher in offline mode, and then launch WC3R from there.
Iirc, the WC3R log in screen has a button for playing offline.
For me it keeps saying to update the game even though it was updated to the max and i cant access the game. But maybe its still being repaired or something, lets hope it will be fixed soon. 
Why would you do maintenance on the day of a major release for the game as well as the remasters?
