Cant even play game

Every time I get in the game, i get “Error. There was an error in handling the request” and cant even play Offline! There’s no point in having this if I can’t even play the game by myself!

Hey there friends, Hate to see people having trouble like this. If Beta is installed, it should be a drop down above the play button. If you uninstall it, you should not have the option to reinstall the beta. As for the fix of making sure your keys are added. These can be added on the main page of your battle.net account. Along with the steps listed in the thread, you may also want to see if rebooting your computer and completing a password reset on your Battle.net account helps resolve the issue for now. Once we have more information on this problem we will update the thread above.
