Can't create a custom game (online and offline)

I am having this issue:

When I go to Custom Games, click Create, I choose the map, click on Create again, two different things happen. First, I can enter in the lobby of my own game but there is only one Open Slot (in a 1v1 map for instance but it’s the same issue for every maps) and if I choose to Add Computer, I get kicked. Second, I click on Create and it says: “my name” has left the game. I did not have this issue at all in the Beta version.

Please help.

Hmm. I’m not having any issue:

There was a patch today. Did your launcher install it? Version 1.32.1.14604.

I’m having the exact same issue. I also have multiples of each map (Blizzard’s own maps) and curious if that is part of the problem? I just want to play vs some AI. It was easy to do in W3, but its been a real PITA so far in Reforged. Going to uninstall and start from scratch to see if that helps.

EDIT: Just uninstalled WC3R as well as any remaining files I had from previous versions, then reinstalled. It resolved my issue.

Maybe I need to uninstall my WC3 TFT?

I have the same problem, didn’t check if something changed with this new patch though.

That’s the correct one. I’d contact Tech Support first to see if they sort can it out without having to do a full redownload/reinstall.

If you get the opportunity, try to catch the Live Chat or the Callback option when they are open. It’s much faster and easier than text that has delays between them.
