Can't access reforged mode

it says I need Warcraft 3 reforged to access it. I have warcraft 3 reforged.

not sure how to share a screenshot on here. my email is verified, I was never asked for verification code.

Hey, Katiekins! I see the Warcraft III: Reforced license on the account. Check to make sure that the right account is logged into.

If it is on the correct account, would you be able to try clearing the battle.net cache and tools folders, then trying a fresh reinstall of the app?

The “Locate A Game” option or Settings > Game Install/Update > Scan for games option may need to be used after.

thanks Caterpepi, i’ve tried all that. I always reinstall the app before installing new games to avoid problems.

and even in classic mode the campaign won’t start

also the only way to quit the game is to force quit. the exit button doesnt do anything.

Thanks, Katiekins! What OS are you on? Mac or Windows? If on Mac, would you be able to include the Mac Model?

Could you double check the OS versions for both the Blizzard Application and Warcraft III launcher are both up to date? The Blizzard Application version can be found under Settings (Blizzard Logo) at the bottom left corner. It should be 1.19.0.11.11806. The version for Warcraft III is 1.32.0.14481 next to the play button.

It is a bit odd that the campaign isn’t working as well, are there any errors when you do try?

Windows 10 and both versions are correct. the blizzard app version is actually higher than the one you mentioned. 1.19.1.11809

I have the same issue as the original poster. I preordered the game months ago, and it is on the same account (I only have one, and both my profile and the shop says I purchased it).

Unable to post screenshots, but I have the newest patches of Battle net and Reforged. I saw that there were issues with the authentification servers, it might be related.

is there some way to chat to technical support or am I stuck having to email them?

im having the same issue as well. my app is version 11809 at the end but warcraft 3 is the correct version

Also having an issue. License been on forever, one account, just downloaded. Just took 2 hours to download so if someone tells me reinstall is the answer then youre going to kill my playtime tonight >.>

I seem to be having the same, or a similar, issue.

Game downloaded just now after I purchased it, and when it gets to the first menu I can hit Options, Play Offline is greyed out, and Exit Game. Options let’s me tweak original settings (it seems), but the Reforged stuff is off and the ability to enable it is “disabled currently”.

Also, it asked me a few times to sign in when exiting options and getting back to that first menu, and when I sign in, it waits a beat and throws an error signing in.

I really just bought this to play Reforged with the single player campaign, this is very frustrating.

I seem to be bugsplatting while trying to access the campaign in offline mode

seems like no one can login to wc3 right now just error after trying to login

yea im having all the issues as well like the way I sees it don’t publish the game out if your having login issues cause Ive payed a nice bit of money to play this and for it to not let me log in is unacceptable and im not happy
