the green eye says that I found a match but nothing happens,sometimes it’s just stuck and I have to restart the whole game and sometimes it’s just leave the queue,it’s been like 5days.
this has been a known issue for months, no response yet.
Don’t worry, Blizzard is sorry you aren’t having the experience you wanted.

Thank you, Atlantis, but that kind of sentiment is not at all condusive to a support environment. Be as critical, sarcastic, clever as you like, but please keep it to the proper channels so that it doesn’t clutter up Bliz’s attempts to parse for issues… thereby slowing the whole fixing process down.

Well technically I am supporting him, by bumping the post with my sarcasm, and hopefully raising some awareness within Blizzard. Since there’s nothing we can do to fix this issue, and it’s been happening since the beta. This bug literally caused me and my friends to stop playing together because we would all have to reboot the game like 5 times in 3v3 before we got a match that didn’t crash.
So yeah, Blizzard, if you’re listening, fix this crap already. I can’t believe you let the official release slide out with such an obvious and game breaking bug.
Luckily, reports in the support forums are parsed and cataloged. So no need to raise awareness, sarcastically or otherwise, on anything. Especially that which is so pervasive.
