I have reinstalled the game. I’ve scanned and repaired. Nothing. It has worked before, and still works for my wife somehow. I have an ultra wide monitor, wife does not. I’ve tried opening it windowed. I’ve restarted my computer. I’m losing my mind here.
- Does it idle endlessly, or does it prompt an error?
- If your wife logs in to her account on your computer (or visa versa) does the issue remain consistent?
Although based on your description I doubt it is the user account and I doubt it is monitor related.

I am having the same problem and have been having it for well over a week now. Have tried reinstalling, nothing works. Game will not login.
Did you try different region? Americas? EU? asian? this usually fixes it for me.
