Cannot find any match online

It seems to me that I cannot find a match on warcraft 3 reforged. Anytime after I clicked the ‘find match’ button in ‘versus’ mode, it would start finding a match and would eventually says a match was found but, i was not loaded into the match and it again started finding again.I have tried changing to 1v1, 2v2, 3v3 but the problem still persists. I also tried changing servers but to no luck. Pls help. I used to be able to play during the beta period.

Hey, Aria! Could you try an alternative connection or VPN to see if the problem persists? This should reroute the connection if there’s a problem with connecting to the match services.

If this seems to help, could you gather a pathping and traceroute test to one of the servers? Copy and paste the text file created and paste it between two ~~~ like so:

Pathping and Traceroute Here

If you have issues pasting here, use Pastebin and post the end of the link. (ie. 123456 for pastebin.com/123456)

I tried using VPN but the problem did not resolve. I’ve pasted my traceroute and pathping data below respectively. Thank you for the help.

Aria,

Your connection tests look fine, but this is just the latency. We may want to look for packet loss instead, which we’ll need a different tool for. If you’re still having this problem, please create a WinMTR test which catches a disconnection. You want to restart the test every 10-15 minutes until you catch one of these problems. Once you’ve caught one red handed, run the test for about 5 more minutes. This will let us look for problems between your house and our servers which may cause this.

If you have problems with posting it due to a link error, go ahead and copy paste this into your next post, and replace “WinMTR goes here” with your test.

Hi,

Im sorry I did not update the post. The issue has been resolved a couple of days ago after getting help from an employee from the tech support via a phone call. For the records, it was resolved by reinstalling Reforged. It works fine now. Thanks again.

Hey, Aria! We still appreciate the update and we’re glad to hear the situation has been resolved now  Thanks for sharing what fixed the issue!
