I cannot enable Reforged mode in Warcraft 3 in my new computer with 10900k, 2080 super, and 64GB ram. But I can enable it in my old notebook.
I tried to submit a support ticket but your team just removed it with no reply.

That usually means it didn’t sucessfully submit. Always keep moving through the process until you receive a ticket number. If you don’t it’s not submitted.

I checked the Battle.net account that you’re posting from, but I do not see Reforged purchased on this account. I only see the old Reign of Chaos and Frozen Throne digital purchases, which would mean you would only have access to Classic graphics.
Can you check your old notebook to see if you were logged in with a different Battle.net account under a different email address? Perhaps Reforged was purchased on a different account?
