Campaign progression is not correctly stored. When completing a mission the new one is gained but the current mission is not marked as complete. I have only played the Reforged campaign. This mostly seems to be the case when playing from a saved game.

I had the same issue with the Undead campaign - Legacy of the Damned.
The mission for me is A New Power in Lordaeron.
Even though I finished the mission (played from a saved game) it is not counted as complete. The only one in the whole campaign and I can’t get the portrait.
This has been a bug since Reforged came out. I finished every mission in both RoC and TFT, and despite completing the mission I would never get ‘credit’ for beating the missions. I had to always go back and use the cheat code to once again beat the mission in order to get credit on the mission select screen and for the player profile icons. To date, this bug still exists.
