I used to play just when i got released and started the Campaigns on hard. Finished human, undead and orc like 75% and took a break from gaming. Before leaving i set my portrait the Kel Thuzad one that i got from the undead hard completion.
I downloaded the game again today and my progress is not saved. I can start the human and the prologue campaign. My collection portraits are gone BUT the KT one is still selected.
I wish to continue my adventure in the campaigns, can someone point me in the right direction?

Unfortunately, campaign progress is stored locally. So if you install on a new computer, reinstall after a format, or the data somehow gets corrupted (with a crash for example), the progress is lost.
Aside from starting over, you can use the cheat codes to jump forward to where you left off. One caveat though is inventory items. Since there’s no record of which units were carrying what, the items won’t be what they were in the actual play though.
