Campaign, 2 different computers

I’m just curious, if we have 2 computers and want to play reforged on both (different times), is there a way to save the progress on campaigns, or are we stuck with playing through the campaign twice… even if it’s copy files to flash drive from one to the other pc,… i would be up for that if nothing else

im trying to figure out the same thing. got my laptop i play on at work, then my home PC.

i’m sure it’s just a file… just not sure which one to be honest… Final Fantasy 14 at first you had to copy and paste, which honestly… not hard, but then they made it possible in the launcher itself… to back up and eventually moved to a save function.

I copied the whole C:\Users\user\Documents\Warcraft III and it worked

I haven’t specifically saved a campaign in Offline mode but there does seem to be an ability to create save files. If you are in Online mode, I think that this state is saved locally as well.

yeah but do you have to do that every time you want to switch computer?

Having same problem. It would be great to have a cloud solution to this built-in in game.

Using the names of my saves, I found them in:

C:\Users\[USERNAME]\Documents\Warcraft III\BattleNet\77631277\Campaigns\Classic

The two .w3z files (“foolin” and “Bonus”) are my saves for the Classic campaign.

The other files, .w3v and .w3p, I’m not sure what they are. Possibly progress saves that the client makes (which missions are complete/which campaigns are unlocked/etc).

I don’t have Reforged, so I can’t see where they save. Probably somewhere nearby.

Which would explain why this worked:
