Yes, Sleep is an important ability and a less cost would be better. Then the DL would have enough mana to cast Carrion Swarm more.
Meat wagon should have a less food limit and also upgradeable armor.
But since Frost Wyrm is the strongest flying unit, the food limit should not be changed but the cost should indeed.
Abominations should have a better ability than Disease cloud, and speed should be increased.

I am back. Abominations have higher attack, which makes them a bit better.
About frost wyrm 6 limit I agree, and also impale cost for CL.
Other suggestions I disagree: Dread Lord casts sleep all the time, disabling my palladin (even I am not sure that palladin provide armor bonus when he sleeps) , and meat wagon + necro combo is impossible to counter, even with 100 priests, I cannot dispell, skeletons just not working. Also with wisps, I sacrificed 10 wisps in no time, and result was nothing, but I ruined my economy with my own hand 
.
And you want to reduce wagon supply, no thx. better increase the research time for necros, or make weaker skeletons than put some upgrade for skelets that take a lot of time (increase research time for skeletal longievity )
Honestly, dreadlord just needs better agility. Maybe even change him to an agility hero to give synergy with his lifesteal. Something like this:
Dreadlord primary attribute changed from strength to agility
Dreadlord intelligence gain reduced from 2.5 to 2
Dreadlord agility gain increased from 1 to 1.5
Dreadlord base agility increased from 16 to 20
Dreadlord base damage increased by 5
Dreadlord base movespeed from 300 to 310
