Virtually the only thing in the game that hasn’t had hotkeys is items. For over 20 years, people have had to click the screen to use items. How? Why? Its 2024, why are we still having to CLICK the screen to use things? This is Sillyness!

I’m not sure if they can be rebinded but technically they’ve always had numpad hotkeys for items.
I respect the point you make. Imo, that’s harder than clicking. You have to take hand off of mouse OR move left hand from left side of keyboard to the right side.
Shoudn’t have to play on war3champions or have to:
“remap item hotkeys in Warcraft 3 by renaming the qwe gridcom keys.txt file and replacing it in the appropriate directory. This file maps the 4x3 grid in the Warcraft UI to your keyboard’s layout”
Im not a computer science major. I just want to play good Warcraft 3 with ease.
