Hey guys. I’m posting here because I can’t send this as a ticket for more than 4 weeks. System keeps saying error to me.
So me and some friends play here in Curitiba (Brazil) and every week there is bad route problems. Around 21h-23h my ping just goes to 300-900ms when it’s normally 200ms. When it’s 23h the problems just disappears. This happens since TFT times, but on Reforged it’s getting worse and worse every week. In this week this happened two times, today and yesterday. And it’s not something about our internet service because my friends have different ones (Copel, TIM, and so on). This is something in your side. Some bad route that never got fixed.
I stream this game every day for over a year and sometimes this problem just don’t allow me to even play or practice. Please guys, please fix it. I love this game and the WC3 moral is getting worse among my viewers.

Hey everyone.
I also live in Brazil and the ping is really one big issue for me.
In TFT I used to play with 160 ping (it was not good either), but now in Reforged the minimum ping i play is about 230. It got worst.
So I would like to report this quality drop and ask if the South americans can expect one dedicated server…many players would be benefited.
I know there are many problems for you devs to solve and that you wish to fix and I wish the best for you guys to make the game we love alive.

Fourth day in a row with problems and bad routes. 4200ms and spikes every second. 
Thank you for your reports! Title is updated to reflect this a bit better. We’re currently tracking issues with high latency and disconnections for Brazil at the moment. We are seeing issues across multiple games.
To help with our tracking, could a WinMTR file test be provided to compare and pinpoint? Please run this test for 10-15 minutes while the high latency issues occur. Copy and paste the text file created and paste it between two ~~~ like so:

Ok, last 2 weeks were fine but the spikes returned. Here is my MTR tests and my livestream VOD where I played it.
Can’t play again at certain times (until 11pm). After that is fine, but most of my streamtime is gone. Besides that, some friends reported that their spikes also returned.
