Bought Spoils of War still no beta access . Solved (Refund and re buy)

So as the title says , i see people with standard edition and getting the beta ( my best
friend got the beta and has standard) while the website says “Invitations are sent out in waves to those who have pre-purchased the Spoils of War edition first.” So i checked my beta profile , checked the dropdown and still nothing . So thanks blizz for lying again.

Instead of complaining on the forums, contact customer service.

I did and they said “whoops i cant do nothing for you, betas come in waves good luck getting yours :)”.

Purchased spoils of war over one year ago at 11.2018 and no beta right now… but standard version people laughing about us! Blizzard… no more words needed

I upgrade from regular pre-order to spoils of war and had beta access within the hour.

Same here no beta acces preordere spoils of war 2.nov.2018…

contacted the support today and they sad: we cant do anaytjing for you, wait for your access…

Same boat. Bought spoils of war back in early November and still don’t have access.

Make sure you check the drop down above the “install” button on the launcher. I had to change mine to Warcraft 3 beta before it let me install. Had the beta but didn’t realize it until someone else pointed that out

Maybe they just hate your guts and said “you know what? F- that one in particular” and decided that you in specific just don’t get a beta invite.

That or it really is just random.

They probably have their keys by now. But that was weird since I think they said spoils of war will get their beta key before standard.

I preordered 12 extra times for everyone on my friend list once the beta went live, and then I got in the beta the following night. You could try that strategy but I guess it costs $360. You know why they call it an xbox 360?

Edit: In all seriousness, I did actually do this and it did actually work.

My best friend got the beta with standard edition . After mocking me for paying more he gave me his account

I bought the first day spoils of war edition was announced and I still don’t have the beta… I think it’s a scam that people with the entrance of the blizzcon 2019 already have the beta

and blizzard won’t let me refund the game for buying the spoils of war+blizzcon ticket pack

I don’t really recall Blizzard promising this so how is that a lie? Can anyone link an official statement from Blizzard stating Spoils of War players are 100% given immediate access to the beta? I know Spoils of War players definitely seem to be given priority but I’m curious if there was an official statement on this.

Granted I pre-ordered Spoils of War and was given beta access pretty much immediately but I don’t recall Blizzard saying this was a 100% guarantee for everyone.

I can download Beta with buying last year Blizzcon Warcraft Bundle and this year Blizzcon despite not having set a marker for Beta invite.

so a lot of people in my situation I see. Good incentive I’ll be sure to preorder again one year ahead for some other blizz games :).
