Everything was great. Once upon a time, I created my own clan, in which I was the sole leader. The clan was called Ruin (Architects of Ruin). It was needed specifically for me alone. But then some lags started on your servers, and one fine day I discovered that my clan had simply disappeared somewhere. I simply found myself without a clan, although I did not disband it.
Now I can neither create a new clan, nor return my old clan Ruin. The servers claim that this name is already taken by someone. Although it was taken by me before, and in one day it is unlikely that someone else would have reserved it. It seems that this clan is formally listed as my own, although I am now without a clan. Some kind of Schrödinger clan - it exists and does not exist at the same time.
And I cannot create a new clan either. None at all. It simply is not created. Nothing happens after clicking the “Create” button. Blizzard, where did my Ruin clan go, why did it disappear without a trace? How can I restore it?
