Please. consider it for the future of this game. Right now is your best chance(before ladder release) to walk back this change that will ultimately kill one of the most popular modes historically in wc3 (4v4 rt). I’m honestly not even sure how you guys arrived at this decision, when most likely every one of the wc3 pros giving you feedback most likely told you NOT to do this.
You have avoided the bullet for now, because there’s no in-game indication to tell you who’s queueing in a stack, but once the general population figures out they’re matching full teams when they queue solo there’s going to be HEAVY backlash. Listen the backlash WILL happen, it is just a matter of WHEN. I predict it will happen once ladder releases, and people will group up more for easy wins.
Make a separate AT ladder, with separate chat icons associated with amount of wins, and you will gurantee that AT will have a healthier lifespan than it did in TFT. At the very least you NEED to give solo queuers an option to opt out of being matched against AT teams at the cost of having a higher search time.
