Black screen on start up, no curser and no sound just black

I used to be able to run this game on this same computer a while back, now when I have installed it again and attempted to run it it just shows a black screen.
I can see many other posts of others having this issue with no result.
Please have this looked into as soon as possible.

I have attempted:

  1. Reinstall on SSD and normal HD.
  2. Adding “- windowmode windowed” into my “Additional command line arguements”.
  3. changing compatability mode to “Windows Vista Service Pack 2” for both the Warcraft III.exe file and the BlizzardBrowser.exe file.
  4. My computer specs:
    Processor: Intel(R) Core™ i9-9980XE CPU
    128GB RAM
    GPU: RTX 2080 Ti - (Driver updated)
    Running on Windows 10 Pro

Also I have never had any issues running any other game ever, this is the only one that has ever given me any issue like this so I do not think it is my computer but it may be a setting that I am unaware of.

i am experiencing the same issue. i just bought the game and launched it and its black screen, no sound, no curser.
